Privacy Policy

GEOREX (georex.ai) is a product built and operated by Farcube LTD, a company registered in England, with its registered office at Office 20693, 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. In this policy, “GEOREX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” all refer to Farcube LTD trading as GEOREX. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), or, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email, profile photo).

Project and domain data: the website domain(s) you add, the content our scraper reads from your homepage during onboarding, the brand profile, prompts, and competitors you create or edit, and the results of every scan we run for your account.

Billing information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we retain only the subscription/transaction records Stripe returns to us (plan, amount, status, dates).

Usage data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected to keep the service secure and working correctly.

Communications: anything you send us directly, for example through the Contact page or by emailing us.

To provide the service: run onboarding, scan the AI engines we support, generate your Category Health scores, competitor data, tasks, and reports.

To manage your account and billing, including processing payments and sending subscription-related notices.

To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and, only if you opt in via the newsletter form in our footer, send product updates.

To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the platform, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data only with the service providers (“processors”) that GEOREX needs to function, and only the data each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Google — if you choose Google sign-in, for authentication only.
• AI model providers (routed through OpenRouter) — the prompts and page content associated with your project are sent to the AI engines we scan on your behalf (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, and Google/Gemini), because measuring how those engines respond is the core function of the product.
• MongoDB Atlas — our database host, where your account and project data is stored.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our application hosting infrastructure.

We do not permit any of these providers to use your data for their own purposes beyond what’s needed to deliver the service to us.

We use a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in (an authentication token and a couple of session-state flags such as your subscription tier). These are functional cookies required for the site to work — we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we’re required to keep certain billing records for legal or tax purposes.

If you’re located in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have rights under UK/EU data protection law, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Some of the processors listed above (including AI model providers) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

GEOREX is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
