GEOREX is built and operated by Farcube LTD, a company registered in England. By creating an account or using georex.ai, you agree to the terms below. Last updated 12 September 2026.
These terms form a contract between you and Farcube LTD (“GEOREX”, “we”, “us”). By signing up for or using georex.ai, you agree to be bound by them. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so. See also our Privacy Policy.
GEOREX measures how AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) respond to prompts relevant to your brand, and turns the gaps it finds into a prioritized list of tasks. Free-tier accounts see ChatGPT results only, with a preview of the platform’s other features; paid plans unlock the remaining engines and full feature set as described on our Pricing page.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your account’s Membership page.
If we change a plan’s price, we’ll give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to their next billing cycle.
Canceling stops future billing at the end of your current paid period; your plan’s features remain available until that period ends.
Try before you pay: every account starts on our free tier, which runs a real ChatGPT scan and previews the rest of the platform. We rely on this free tier to let you evaluate GEOREX before spending anything, which shapes the policy below.
Once a paid plan’s features have been used, that charge is final. If your account has accessed any paid-tier feature during a billing period, for example a full multi-engine rescan, unlocked competitors, or unlocked tasks, that period’s payment is non-refundable. This is because generating that data has a real, immediate cost to us (each rescan queries multiple third-party AI providers), so we can’t undo it the way a typical unused digital good could be refunded.
Exceptions, always honored: we will always refund or correct a duplicate charge, a charge made in error, or a charge that resulted from a proven billing/technical fault on our side. Contact contact@georex.ai and we’ll look into it.
Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current, already-paid period, per Section 4 above.
Purchased through AppSumo or another marketplace? If you bought access to GEOREX through a third-party deal platform such as AppSumo, that platform’s own refund policy and money-back window apply to your purchase instead of this section — contact them directly for a refund on that purchase.
Don’t use GEOREX to scan domains you don’t have the right to analyze, attempt to circumvent plan limits or paywalls, resell or share paid access without our agreement, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to generate or publish unlawful content.
GEOREX reports on how third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) respond to prompts, and its Content Hub can draft content using AI. We build every scoring and analysis feature to reflect real evidence rather than a fabricated or inflated result, but we don’t control the third-party AI engines themselves, and their responses can change or be imperfect. Any AI-drafted content GEOREX gives you is a starting point, meant to be reviewed by you before you publish or rely on it.
The GEOREX platform, its design, and its underlying technology belong to Farcube LTD. You keep ownership of the content and data you submit (your domain, brand information, and anything you write); by using the service you give us the license needed to process that content in order to provide it back to you as scans, tasks, and reports.
GEOREX is provided “as is.” We work to keep scores and analysis accurate and evidence-based, but we don’t guarantee any particular ranking, citation rate, or business outcome from using the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farcube LTD’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using GEOREX and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
