Upgrading your plan

You can move up to a higher plan at any time from Membership. Your current plan and the next plan available to you are shown in the dashboard sidebar and at the top of the Membership page. The upgrade changes your existing subscription, so you are never billed twice: the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period is charged to your card on file. Upgrading immediately triggers an automatic rescan so your new engine coverage shows up right away, see the three scan actions.

Plans can't be switched to a lower tier

Once you're on a plan you can only upgrade. The plan you already have, and any plan below it, can't be purchased again. If you need a smaller plan, contact support.

Invoices and transaction history

Every charge, upgrade, and add-on purchase is listed with a downloadable invoice.

Adding extra domains

Add another domain to your existing plan as a paid add-on, billed through the same subscription, no need to change your base plan. See Domains for how multi-domain tracking works.

Your free trial and cancelling

Every account starts with a free 7-day trial, no card required. Paid plans are charged when you subscribe. Cancelling stops future billing but you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
